MONDAY, APRIL 01:

     I went to my third appointment with my psychiatrist.  I arrived home. at 1418.

     In the morning, I went for my fifth shift at Community Living.  I arrived home at 1445.  In the evening, I went to my thirteenth Celebrate Recovery meeting.  I arrived home at 2130.
